Change of mind

Zayaco Beauty does not currently offer change-of-mind returns. Because the Zayaco Electric Makeup Brush Cleaner is a beauty-related product, returns are limited for hygiene reasons once an item has been received and opened.

Please choose carefully and check your order before completing checkout. If you need help deciding, our FAQ covers the product's size, functions and power details, and our team is happy to answer questions before you order.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Zayaco product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly. Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video
• Photos of the packaging where relevant

We'll assess the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.

Return shipping

Where a return is approved, return shipping arrangements and costs will be explained at the time of approval. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our obligations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to display a completed refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
