Processing time

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During launches, promotions and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, local courier network and customs processing. Some international or remote destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays outside our control can occasionally occur.

Worldwide shipping

We ship Zayaco Beauty orders internationally to supported destinations. Available shipping options and any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking becomes available, we'll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. You can also check your shipment through our Track My Order page. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.

Customs & import fees
