Using this website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or misuse our forms and checkout.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your country to place an order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately, including their functions, specifications and dimensions. Product photography is styled and colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Specifications are provided as supplied to us and may be updated.

The Zayaco Electric Makeup Brush Cleaner should be used in accordance with the instructions provided with the product, including water level limits and drying settings. Also follow the care instructions supplied by the manufacturer of your makeup brushes and any brush cleanser you use.

Pricing and currency

The Zayaco Electric Makeup Brush Cleaner is priced at $80.00 AUD. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order. Where a price is displayed in another currency for convenience, the currency you will actually be charged in is confirmed at checkout, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or international fees.

Orders and order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or listing error, if we cannot verify your details, or where we suspect fraud or reseller activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for it.

Payment and fraud prevention

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider using the methods shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders may be screened for fraud, and we may request additional verification before dispatching an order.

Shipping, international orders and delivery

We ship worldwide to supported destinations. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International orders may attract customs duties, taxes or import fees set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery details before completing checkout. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, and re-delivery costs for undelivered parcels caused by incorrect details may be payable by the customer.

Returns, refunds and faulty products

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos or video so we can assess it and provide the appropriate remedy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be limited in time, quantity or eligibility, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn or corrected if used in error or in a way that was not intended.

Intellectual property

All Zayaco Beauty branding, imagery, graphics, product copy and website content is owned by Zayaco Beauty or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

User content and reviews

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content to us or tag us on social media, you confirm it is your own, that you have permission from anyone shown in it, and you grant Zayaco Beauty a non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing and on our website with attribution to your handle where relevant. We may decline, edit for length or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the product.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use our website or services to submit false orders, misuse payment methods, harass our team, post unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Third-party services

Our website relies on third-party services such as hosting, payment processing, address lookup, shipping and analytics. Their availability is outside our control, and any external links are provided for convenience only.

Website availability

We aim to keep the store available but may suspend, withdraw or restrict access for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zayaco Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including under applicable consumer guarantees.

These terms are governed by the laws applying to Zayaco Beauty's place of business, and are subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
